If you attend information marketing webinars, you no doubt at times find yourself getting a bit anxious. Even if the presenter is talking at a normal speed, it’s tough writing down all the information you need to be able to make sense of it later. And, then there are your speed talkers, trying to get lots of information out there within the webinar time frame.
It's like being in a race trying to get those notes down.
To ease the pressure, I ‘print screen’ (Prt Sc) pertinent PowerPoint slides from the webinar. This way, if I miss something I can easily go back and get it.
I used to paste the ‘print screen’ images into Microsoft's Paint and save them on my computer. This is a tedious and time consuming process. I’d have to name each image and save it into a Pictures File. Then when I wanted to go over the information, I’d have to get them from my Pictures Files and paste them into my ‘webinar notes’ Word doc.
What I realized, is that you can simply do a ‘print screen,’ paste it into Paint, then copy it (Ctrl, Alt, C) from Paint right into your Word doc.
This saves so much extra work and time. It can even be done while you're attending the webinar.
If you haven’t figured this out for yourself yet, try it next time you attend a webinar.

*headdesk* ... of course!
... the only downside is that it C&P's the whole screenshot, but that's what post seminar editing is for.
Widdershins, when you C&P you only get the image you're copying, you don't get the Paint area. I haven't found the need to crop it after.
And, as you say, it's a lot easier doing it after than pasting all the images and then going back to put them in a Word doc. :)
